The “designer-y” part of this job was great fun, once I got the idea of representing textiles with the “weave” motif. Like many textbooks, however, it presented quite the technical challenge, with many different styles of sidebars, lists, charts, tables, and forms (all of which needed to be designed, and a sampling of which are illustrated here), which is why I have so many spreads posted.
The book is still available on Amazon, but it no longer offers the “Look Inside” feature.
