A encyclopedic work about American baseball stadiums, fields, and ballparks, Green Cathedrals was a fun project to work on. It was challenging as well, since the information available for each park differed, and the photos varied in size and age (and quality). I avoided the temptation of going for the “stitches” motif in rules and ornaments and went instead for an uncluttered, organized look, letting the photos highlight the text.
